Pique Receives Two-Month Ban After Referee Clash

Gerard Pique has been handed a two‑month ban by the Spanish federation after a heated argument with a referee in FC Andorra’s 1-0 defeat by Albacete.

Former Barcelona and Spain star Gerard Pique, now co‑owner of FC Andorra, was suspended for two months following a dispute with referee Alonso de Ena Wolf after a 1‑0 loss to Albacete. The disciplinary committee cited Pique’s “notorious and public acts” for undermining sporting dignity. Club staff were also penalised: president Ferran Vilaseca received a four‑month ban and sporting director Jaume Nogues was suspended. asg-reflektory.pl
